Shahadat Hossain – Europe Manager

Shahadat Hossain has been a valued member of Arranger Tours and Travels for over 8 years, bringing strong international experience and a global perspective to the team.

He began his journey at the Khulna office, working closely with international travelers and building expertise in handling foreign clients. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Universiti Malaysia Sabah and a Master’s in International Sustainable Tourism from the University of Algarve, Portugal.

Currently based in Lisbon, he leads operations as Europe Manager, overseeing the company’s European presence and strengthening connections between international traveler's and Bangladesh.

Al Amin – Office Manager & Senior Tour Guide

With over a decade of experience at Arranger Tours and Travels, Al Amin is a key pillar of the organization, recognized for his leadership, reliability, and deep expertise in Bangladesh’s tourism sector.

As Office Manager, he ensures smooth operations and consistently delivers high service standards. He is widely respected for his work in Sundarbans tourism and has guided tours across the country, including Saint Martin's Island, Rangamati, and Cox's Bazar.

In the past three years, he has completed professional guide training with the Bangladesh Tourism Board, Tour Operators Association of Sundarbans (TOAS), and the Sundarbans Forest Department, and has participated in multiple guided survey missions.

He has also been selected three times to guide exclusive survey teams in remote areas of the Bay of Bengal—a rare distinction that highlights his professionalism and field expertise.
